While I was clicking my way through the web, I accidentally came across Britney Spears’ website. I was quite surprised how Britney responded to her exposed crotch shots.
Note that Britney doesn’t even regret a thing and tries to be funny on top of it. Oh! By the way, I’m really scared right now, because she mentioned that she’s just getting started.
This is what she wrote on the start page:
It’s been so long since I’ve been out on the town with friends. It’s also been 2 years since I’ve even celebrated my birthday. Every move I make at this point has been magnified more than I expected, and I probably did take my new found freedom a little too far. Anyway, thank God for Victoria’s Secrets’ new underwear line! I look forward to a new year, new music and a new me.

James Kim found Dead in Oregon December 7, 2006

There is sorrow for the Kim family – James Kim did not survive alone in the snowy wilderness of Oregon.
James Kim’s body has been found and he will be transported to a location undisclosed for now, according to police. The 35-year-old CNET editor had been missing for eleven days.
His 30-year-old wife, Kati Kim, and daughters Penelope, 4 years old, and Sabine, 7 months, were rescued on Monday. The family survived by using the car heater, and when they ran out of gas, they burnt the car tires. As there was no food or water in the car, Kati breastfed both daughters.
James left Saturday morning to seek help and was not seen again. Kati and the girls were found by a private helicopter and transported to hospital immediately. They did not suffer any serious injuries.
The search for James continued as rescue teams scrutinized the whole region. Late this afternoon various items were found, belonging to James, supposedly a left as a trail to help searchers.
The Kim family had traveled to Seattle to spend Thanksgiving but got lost on their return, eventually finding themselves stranded in Southern Oregon wilderness. The region has had sub-freezing temperatures over the last period.
County Undersheriff Brian Anderson has called the bereaved Kim family “true champions” during a press conference. “We just want them to know our prayers have been with them from day one.”
Our thoughts go out to mother and young girls and to all those who care for James and shall miss him. Rest in peace, James.

Our friend and co-worker, James Kim, is missing along with his family. The 35-year-old Kim, his 30-year-old wife Kati and daughters Penelope (4 years) and Sabine (7 months) left their home in San Francisco last week on a road trip to the Pacific Northwest. They were last seen on Saturday, November 25, in Portland, Ore., according to the San Francisco Police Department, which has opened a missing persons’ investigation. They were driving a 2005 silver Saab station wagon with the personalized California license plate “DOESF.”
Those with information about the Kim family’s whereabouts are asked to contact San Francisco police immediately at 415-558-5508 during normal business hours and at 415-553-1071 after-hours. The Portland Police Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit can be reached at 503-823-0446.
Update: As of 9 a.m. PST Friday, investigators said they were narrowing their search to Oregon’s Highway 38 as the family’s most probable route to their destination of Gold Beach. The Kims last spoke to an innkeeper there by phone about five hours before they planned to arrive.

Britney Spears topped the list of the most searched for terms through the Yahoo search engine in 2006.
Yesterday the US net giant announced that more online searches were done to find out about Spears than any other topic or person.
This is Britney’s fifth time topping the list in the six years that Yahoo has been ranking annual search queries. She was beaten into first position by Paris Hilton in 2004.
Other female celebrities that dominated the top 10 overall search list included Shakira, Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton at numbers two, three and five respectively.
The top news story search during the year was the accidental death of Australian crocodile hunter Steve Irwin, followed by the death of the son of former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.
I wonder why all these people search for Britney Spears… *lol*

Eddie Murphy and former Spice Girl Melanie Brown may have dated earlier this year, but the actor-comedian is making it clear that he’s not sure if he’s the father of her unborn child.
Murphy, who stars in the upcoming “Dreamgirls” film, was recently asked if he was excited that Brown — known as Scary Spice when she was in the megahit group of the ’90s — was pregnant. She has been photographed recently with an expanding belly.
“So are you happy with her because she’s pregnant with your child?” asks the TV interviewer, apparently referring to Brown.
“Now you’re being presumptuous because we’re not together anymore,” Murphy replies. “And I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn’t jump to conclusions, sir.”

Word is, former *NSYNC member, Lance Bass and his boyfriend Reichen Lehmkuhl, have broken up after a relationship of almost five months.
According to Cindy Owen, Lance Bass’ publicist, the couple has broken up. News of the announcement supposedly came as a surprise to Reichen, who was unaware that Bass issued a statement.
The beginning of the relationship is linked to Lance Bass’ confirmation of his sexuality earlier this year, in July. He made the announcement on the front cover of People magazine saying “I’m Gay.”
Bass said back then he and Lehmkuhl had been involved for “several” months, adding that they met when Bass hired Lehmkuhl as a real estate agent. Since then, the men were then seen together at a number of show business events, including a visit to the Toronto International Film Festival in September.
Before the announcement came out, there have been many speculations regarding his sexuality due to paparazzi snapshots with him and openly gay Lehmkuhl.
The former boy-band member insisted he hadn’t previously disclosed his sexuality so it wouldn’t affect *NSYNC’s popularity.
“The thing is, I’m not ashamed, that’s the one thing I want to say,” Bass told the magazine. “I don’t think it’s wrong, I’m not devastated going through this. I’m more liberated and happy than I’ve been my whole life.”
His boyfriend seemed to be very pleased with his decision to go public about his orientation and showed him a lot of support. “I’m just really proud of Lance and the decision he made,” he told People. “He did it all on his own and I just stood by and supported him. It’s just been great.”
Recently, Bass was spotted without his partner over the weekend at VH1’s Big in ’06 Awards and when he was asked during an interview if he was going to spend the holidays with Lehmkuhl he replied sharply: “I don’t know. A lot can happen in three weeks.”
According to Perez Hilton’s blog, their decision has been “mutual” one. “They had been fighting a lot lately,” says an unnamed Hilton source. “They tried a lot of things to make it work – even opening up the relationship – but they would just fight all the time towards the end. It wasn’t working.”
In recent months, “How I Met Your Mother” actor Neil Patrick Harris and “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star T.R. Knight also willingly came out to dispel rumors. Lehmkuhl called this phenomenon getting “lanced.”

You can put those rumors of a feud on the set of Dreamgirls to rest. Beyoncé Knowles says that she and her co-star Jennifer Hudson, of American Idol fame, didn’t have bad blood while filming the movie.
“I knew that the character that I played wasn’t the star,” Knowles, 25, told reporters on Saturday about knowing full well that her Diana Ross-esque role of Deena Jones was less meaty than Hudson’s part as Effie White – a part that is already getting Hudson Oscar buzz. “She wasn’t the underdog. She didn’t have the struggle and the pain and the dramatic scenes that Effie had, and I was fine with that.”
Taking the role was about proving herself as an actress. “I’m already a star. I already have nine Grammys. Everyone knows I can sing,” she said. “I did this because I wanted people to know that I can act and I can play someone so different from myself.”
So, what about the rumors of jealousy towards Hudson? “It’s really unfortunate that everyone is saying I’m jealous of Jennifer. It hurts my heart because it’s so clichéd.… They’re saying that I’m mad when I knew going into this that I was playing Deena,” said Knowles. “Because I’m a star they just automatically assume that I’m not humble enough to sit down and take a back seat, which I am.”
But the R&B star did admit that she would have liked to have sung Effie’s song, “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going,” a showstopper that, in large part, helped get Jennifer Holliday a Tony Award for best actress for the original 1981 Broadway version of Dreamgirls.
“I mean,” said Knowles, “I wish I could’ve gained 20 pounds and played Effie.”
Asked if she’d really have packed on the weight for the part, Knowles said, “Yes. I absolutely would have, but Bill (Condon, the movie’s writer-director) didn’t even believe that I could be Deena. So imagine if I would’ve said, ‘Bill, I want to be Effie.’ ”
And Knowles has high praise for Hudson’s portrayal of Effie. “Jennifer Hudson had such a pressure, first of all, never being in a film and never have done an album and still having to live up to those expectations,” said Knowles. “She did incredible.”

Michael Jackson denies that he has been dressing like a woman (according to me, more like a teenage girl). He was spotted wearing a skinny jeans (revealing curves), high heels and a woman’s hat.
Many sources reported that he was sighted in St. Tropez in France wearing women outfits and this was proved by the published paparazzi pictures.
But this is what Jackson’s representatives told the New York Daily News: “Mr Jackson has not visited St Tropez in recent years, nor has he donned a woman’s hat and pumps for disguise.”
Me personally, i’m a big Michael Jackson fan. And I do admire his contribution to the music and dance evolution. But just let’s hope this wasn’t really him in St. Tropez (he looks sexy though*lol*). It could be someone else who tried to immitate him and get attention. If not, please ms. Jackson, consult your psychiatrist as soon as possible.

Colin Farrell doesn’t want to see a repeat of his latest Tonight Show appearance.
The Miami Vice star requested a restraining order Friday against the woman who unexpectedly joined him and Jay Leno onstage while they taped an interview for Thursday’s show.
Dessarae Bradford, who unsuccessfully sued Farrell for $5,000 last year for allegedly bombarding her with unwanted communiqués, managed to say something that no one else could catch to Farrell before he took her by the elbow and escorted her toward waiting security. By request of NBC, she wasn’t arrested but was warned that if she returned to the site she’d be nabbed for trespassing.
Before making her grand exit, Bradford also left a copy of her self-published tell-all, Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy, on Leno’s desk. Which could make a nice companion piece to My S/M Romp with Alec Baldwin, another of Bradford’s past literary efforts. Like Farrell, Baldwin denied ever meeting the 31-year-old woman. (Her Blessed Adventure Publications Website is no longer up and running.)
“I am concerned that her harassing behavior has escalated and may pose an immediate threat to my wellbeing and the wellbeing of my family,” Farrell’s complaint stated. The 30-year-old actor also asked that Bradford stay away from his two-year-old son, James, and the boy’s mother, model Kim Bordenave.
“Ms. Bradford filed numerous harassing lawsuits against me and left threatening voicemails for my attorney,” Farrell said. “She also accosted me at The Tonight Show July 20, 2006, throwing books into my lap.”
At least plenty of people saw something or other happen–Farrell has named Leno, NBC security personnel and the live studio audience as witnesses, according to court documents.
“He sat back down and said, ‘My first stalker,’ and Jay Leno said, ‘Welcome to celebrity,’ ” an audience member told the Associated Press after the incident.
Farrell isn’t exactly a newbie when it comes to the perils of fame. In April he finally put the legal brouhaha over an old sex tape to bed (so to speak), reaching an amicable settlement with the ex-girlfriend he had made the home movie with three years ago.
Farrell’s next movie, meanwhile, will get much wider release–Miami Vice opens in theaters across North America July 28.
NBC Unveils Lineup, 2006 July May 15, 2006

It’s back to the drawing board for NBC this fall as the network faces another last-place finish this season among the big broadcast networks.
The drastic redesign of the schedule will see 10 new shows plus “Sunday Night Football” with changes on every night of the week. The peacock network is struggling to take flight and return to its glory days when its “Must-See TV” programming made it the No. 1 network.
Those days have rapidly become just a faded memory with only one series (“Deal or No Deal”) on the top-20 Nielsen list.
This time around NBC is counting on three big-name writer/producers to hoist it out of the ratings basement.
Aaron Sorkin, who created “The West Wing,” is behind “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” a backstage drama about a “Saturday Night Live Show”-type show. Matthew Perry and Bradley Whitford play the creative forces, and Amanda Peet is the network executive who wants them to turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse.
“30 Rock” refers to the NBC’s Rockefeller Center address and is another “Saturday Night Live”-like program. This one is a comedy from Tina Fey, a former “SNL” head writer. She will play the head writer on “30 Rock,” with Alec Baldwin as the network boss man. “SNL” producer Lorne Michaels is an executive producer.
Paul Haggis and Bobby Moresco, the creators of “Crash,” which won the Academy Award for best picture this year, will be the forces behind “The Black Donnellys,” a drama about four Irish mob brothers in New York. “ER” will air from September through December, then “The Black Donnellys” will take its place on Thursday nights in January. The medical drama will return in the spring.
“Kidnapped” is a serialized drama co-starring former Louisville resident Jeremy Sisto as a hostage rescuer. It follows the week-to-week search for the abducted teenage son of a prominent Manhattan couple played by Timothy Hutton and Dana Delaney.
“Heroes” is another themed show that appears to be trying to lure the kind of younger viewer who likes superhero-type films. It features ordinary, often down-on-their luck, people who suddenly find they possess extraordinary powers such as the ability to fly, paint the future, instantly transport themselves to other locations and to read people’s minds at a time when society is threatened by new evils.
“20 Good Years” sounds like a version of “The Odd Couple” for older guys. It co-stars John Lithgow and Jeffrey Tambor as a retired surgeon and judge coming up on their 60th birthdays who decide to make all the whoopee they can before all the air goes out of their balloon.
“Friday Night Lights” is a Texas high school football-based drama based on the book and movie. It’s as much about the team’s off-field exploits as the gridiron feats.
“Raines” is one of three new series that will join the schedule on Sundays in January after “Sunday Night Football” ends. It stars Jeff Goldblum as a detective who solves crimes by talking with the dead. The cop doesn’t hold séances, but he has a sense that the victims are communicating with him.
“America’s Got Talent,” a variety-talent competition produced by Simon Cowell of “American Idol” fame and hosted by Regis Philbin, has a limited run starting next month and then will return to the schedule after football season ends. It will be a first run in June. The January Sunday lineup will be completed by “The Apprentice” based in Los Angeles.
NBC is holding out two comedies for mid-season. One is “Andy Barker P.I.” starring former Conan O’Brien sidekick Andy Richter who will play an accountant-turned-gumshoe with the emphasis on the silly stuff.
The other replacement is “The Singles Table,” a drama about five young strangers who get seated together at a wedding and become good buddies. Think “Friends.”
The network says that “Crossing Jordan” and “Scrubs” will return to the lineup at some point in the future, probably filling in for shows that fail.
The cancellation casualty list includes “Heist,” “Conviction,” “Surface,” “Fear Factor,” “E-Ring” and “Joey.”

LOS ANGELES.– It was bottoms up for “Poseidon,” as the cruise ship disaster remake failed to topple “Mission: Impossible III” from a second week atop the nation’s box office, according to studio estimates Sunday.
“Mission: Impossible III” clung to No. 1 with a $24.5 million take during an anemic North America box office weekend that saw the Tom Cruise action film drop 49 percent from its opening weekend.
Internationally, “Mission: Impossible III” raked in another $37.3 million to bring its two-week earnings overall to $214 million.
“It’s not a bad start,” said Rob Moore, Paramount’s president of worldwide marketing, distribution and operations.
“Poseidon,” which reportedly cost $150 million-plus to make, debuted in second place with what was described as a solid weekend opening of $20.3 million.
“You’ve got two PG-13 action movies vying for the top spot and each earned over $20 million. I think that’s pretty strong for Mother’s Day weekend,” said Paul Dergarabedian of Exhibitor Relations Co. Inc., which tracks box office performance.
But the overall North America turnstile take was more than 13 percent behind the comparable 2005 period, the first time in seven weeks that box office receipts dropped over last year’s figures.
“The top 12 films for this weekend are down about 13.5 percent for comparable weekend last year. Hollywood has been on a roll for seven weeks,” Dergarabedian said, adding the upcoming weekend has two potential blockbusters that could again float all boats.
“This was a solid but not spectacular weekend leading up to a big week ahead with `The Da Vinci Code’ and `Over the Hedge.’ This will be classic counter-programming,” he said.
The Robin Williams comedy “RV” was third with $9.5 million, Lindsay Lohan’s “Just My Luck” debuted in fourth with $5.5 million and “An American Haunting” was fifth with $3.7 million.

They strolled arm in arm, hugged each other, smiled for the cameras and he repeatedly patted her bump.
Contrary to widespread rumours, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were letting it be known that they are very much together.
‘Sunlit stroll‘
The couple, on a brief visit to Australia, made the most of Sydney Harbour’s attractions with a sunlit stroll by the waterside, signing autographs for fans.
They then boarded a yacht owned by Cruise’s friend, the media tycoon Jamie Packer, where 27-year-old Miss Holmes spent much of her time with her arms wrapped round her grinning 43-year-old fiancé.
Sources close to the couple said that, at seven months pregnant, Miss Holmes had been expected not to make the trip from Los Angeles for a state memorial service to Packer’s father Kerry.
‘Separate bedrooms’
But after an American magazine claimed their relationship was a sham and that they slept in separate bedrooms, she had a sudden change of heart.
“They looked like a couple very much in love,” said a fan. “Tom kept patting Katie’s bump and couldn’t stop telling everyone how excited he was. If their relationship is on the rocks, it certainly didn’t show.”
Their spokesman described the latest gossip as “100 per cent false”, adding: “Mr Cruise and Ms Holmes are still engaged and are moving forward with their wedding plans, as well as planning for the arrival of their child.
“Despite the malicious fallacies put forth, the couple is looking forward to a long and happy life together as a family.”

French actress Eva Green is set to follow in the alluring footsteps of Ursula Andress, Honor Blackman and Halle Berry as the newest “Bond girl.”
Green, 25, has been selected to portray Vesper Lynd opposite the newest James Bond — British actor Daniel Craig — in the upcoming instalment, Casino Royale.
Green made her film debut in Bernardo Bertolucci’s 2003 film The Dreamers and also appeared in the 2005 crusades drama Kingdom of Heaven.
Columbia Pictures made the announcement about Green on Thursday, shortly after director Martin Campbell confirmed that Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen would portray the film’s villain, Le Chiffre.
U.S. actor Jeffrey Wright, whose recent credits include Syriana, Broken Flowers, Lackawanna Blues and Angels in America, has also joined the cast as an undercover CIA agent named Felix Leiter.
Production on the upcoming 21st Bond film began in Prague in January but will also travel to other locales, including Italy, the U.K. and the Bahamas. The movie is set to hit theatres in November.
In the book version of Casino Royale, the first in author Ian Fleming’s long-running series, British agent Bond and Le Chiffre match wits while playing high-stakes baccarat.

Beach-and-babes TV series “Baywatch” is finally headed to DVD.
A late-summer best-of set, with episodes chosen by star Pamela Anderson, will be the initial release, followed by complete series sets.
“Baywatch,” which aired from 1989-2001, is again making headlines, with a big-budget movie in the works from director Eli Roth (“Hostel,” “Cabin Fever”).
The series gained fame for its look at the Southern California beach lifestyle as seen through the eyes of a team of sexy lifeguards.

Generous superstar Jennifer Lopez is urging New Yorkers of Hispanic descent to donate bone marrow in a bid to save the life of a young Latina suffering from blood cancer.
The Maid in Manhattan actress is desperate to save 29-year-old Janet Ovalles, and is harnessing her celebrity power to inspire potential donors.
A transplant is Ovalles’ only chance of survival, according to concerned doctors at bone marrow donor center DKMS.
She says, “I am a young Hispanic woman, so is Janet. I could empathize with her situation so much.”
DKMS spokeswoman Katharina Harf says, “It’s been very hard to recruit Hispanic bone marrow donors, but with Jennifer’s help we really feel we can get the Hispanic community on board.”
Ovalles is delighted by Lopez’s concern, but insists only a matching donor has the power to save her: “I am a walking time bomb. If I don’t find a donor, I will die.”
